Cancellation policy
The Page Portal offers monthly subscription boxes that renew automatically unless canceled.
Subscription Billing
All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled.
Shipping & Fulfillment Timing
• Boxes ship once per month
• Orders typically ship between the 15th and 20th of the month
• Boxes ship approximately 2–3 weeks after the billing date
Orders placed after the 15th will apply to the following month’s box.
Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
Cancellations made on or after the 1st will apply to the following month, and the current month’s box will still be processed and shipped.
We are unable to cancel or refund subscriptions once a billing cycle has begun.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment cannot be successfully completed, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
Price Changes
If subscription pricing changes in the future, active subscribers will be notified in advance.
No Refunds for Missed Cutoffs
Refunds will not be issued for
• Missed cancellation deadlines
• Failure to update payment or address information
• Orders placed after the monthly cutoff
