The Page Portal is a monthly book subscription service that delivers immersive reading experiences. Each box includes curated books, a sealed letter from the Portal Guard, and themed items designed to enhance your journey.

We offer two monthly subscriptions.

The Portal Guard’s Book Box includes one book, a sealed letter, and 3–5 themed
bookish gifts.

The Portal Explorer Subscription includes two books, a sealed letter, and small
themed trinkets such as bookmarks, stickers, and more.

Yes. Books vary monthly and are curated around a rotating theme and genre. Genres may include fantasy, thriller, romance, or horror.

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.

Boxes ship once per month and typically leave our store between the 15th and 20th. Orders are shipped approximately 2–3 weeks after the billing date.

Orders placed after the 15th of the month will apply to the following month’s box.

Yes. All subscription boxes include free shipping.

Yes. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Cancellations made after the 1st apply to the following month.

All sales are final due to the curated nature of our boxes. We offer replacements for damaged items and refunds for billing errors only.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement when available.
