Refund policy

Due to the curated and limited nature of our subscription boxes, all sales are final.

Because each Page Portal box is thoughtfully assembled with themed items and exclusive content, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or billing errors.

Replacements for damaged items
If your box or any item inside arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will happily send a replacement when available.

Refunds for billing errors
Refunds are only issued for confirmed billing errors, such as duplicate charges or incorrect charges. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for
• Change of mind
• Preference of book genre or items
• Missed cutoff dates
• Failure to cancel before the billing date

To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure any subscription changes or cancellations are made before the 1st of the month.
